Straight shell window opening RF coaxial cable connector mated to flexible cable - Crimp Type
Step1:
All parts and accessories of the RF coaxial cable connector are shown as follows:
Step 2:
Strip the inner conductor, insulation , braid layer and sheath of the cable according to the cable stripping dimensions provided by Elite Electronic;
Step3:
Push the ferrule and heat shrink tubing onto the cable as shown, then solder the cable core to
the pins and polish the solder joints;
Step4:
Push the ferrule onto the body and press the braid layer, then use a crimping tool to crimp it into shape；
Step5:
Put the heat-shrink tubing over the ferrule and then heat shrink the tubing into shape.
