Straight RF coaxial cable connector mated to flexible cable -Crimp Type

• Step1：All parts such as body，contact pin， Ferrule，Heat shrink tubing and accessories of the RF coaxial cable connector are shown as follows:

• Step 2：Strip the inner conductor, insulation , braid layer and sheath of the cable as the cable stripping dimensions provided by Elite Electronic；

• Step 3：Put the ferrule and heat-shrink tubing over the jacket as shown，and pull apart the braid layer, then solder the pins to the cable core and polish the solder joints;

 ​

• Step 4：Push the cable and pins into the body until it stops, then push the ferrule into the body so that the braid layer is attached to the body and use the crimping tool to fasten the cable;

• Step 5：Slip the heat shrink tubing over the ferrule and heat shrink the tubing into shape.
